At PureScalp, every appointment slot, scalp consultation, and ritual session is carefully reserved and prepared for each client. To maintain service quality and appointment availability, we follow the refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your appointment:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional charge.
  • Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No Show") will forfeit the booking amount paid.
  • PureScalp reserves the right to refuse repeated bookings from clients with excessive cancellations or no-shows.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund
  • Appointment cancelled by PureScalp and no alternative slot can be accommodated.
  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical or payment gateway error.
  • Booking cancelled by the client more than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Service package purchased online but cancelled before any session has been availed.
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Change of mind after booking.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows.
  • Late arrivals resulting in shortened treatment duration.
  • Services already rendered or partially availed.
  • Dissatisfaction where service was delivered as described.
  • Individual differences in results — hair growth, scalp improvement, etc.
  • Promotional, discounted, complimentary, or gifted services.

Memberships & Service Packages
  • Memberships and treatment packages are non-transferable.
  • Purchased packages cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds are not available once the first session has been utilized.
  • Expired sessions or benefits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

Results Disclaimer

PureScalp services are designed to support scalp wellness, scalp hygiene, and overall hair health. As individual results vary based on genetics, lifestyle, diet, hormonal factors, medical conditions, and aftercare practices:

  • PureScalp does not guarantee specific hair growth results.
  • PureScalp does not guarantee complete resolution of hair fall or scalp concerns.
  • Refunds will not be granted based on perceived treatment effectiveness or individual outcomes.

Appointment Cancellations by PureScalp

In rare circumstances such as operational issues, staff unavailability, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events, PureScalp may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In such cases, clients may choose:

  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund of the amount paid for that appointment.

How to Request a Refund

If your request falls under the eligible refund categories, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction or cancellation. Please provide the following details:

Legal Jurisdiction

All refund, cancellation, booking, and service-related claims shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
