• You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

PureScalp provides professional scalp analysis, scalp cleansing, scalp therapy rituals, scalp wellness treatments, and related hair and scalp care services. Our services are designed to support scalp health and overall hair wellness. However:

• Results may vary from person to person.
• Individual outcomes depend on factors such as genetics, lifestyle, health conditions, diet, hormonal changes, and adherence to aftercare recommendations.
• PureScalp does not guarantee specific hair growth, hair loss reduction, or medical outcomes.

• Appointments may be booked online, via phone, WhatsApp, or through authorized booking channels.
• Appointment slots are subject to availability.
• PureScalp reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or appointment rescheduling.

Our scalp consultations and analyses are intended for informational and cosmetic purposes only. They:

• Do not constitute medical advice.
• Do not replace professional diagnosis by a dermatologist or healthcare provider.
• Should not be interpreted as treatment for any medical condition.

Clients with existing scalp disorders, skin conditions, allergies, infections, or medical concerns are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before undergoing any service.

• All services must be paid for in advance or at the time of appointment unless otherwise specified.
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other approved payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

To ensure fair availability for all clients:

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for refunds.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• PureScalp reserves the right to refuse repeated bookings from customers with excessive cancellations or no-shows.

• Service packages and memberships are non-transferable.
• Packages cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Expiry dates, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Unused sessions after expiry may be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

Clients must disclose the following before any treatment:

• Known allergies
• Scalp sensitivities
• Medical conditions
• Pregnancy
• Recent scalp procedures or treatments
• Any medication that may affect scalp or skin health

PureScalp shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

• Individual results vary.
• No guarantee is provided regarding hair regrowth, hair density improvement, or permanent resolution of scalp concerns.
• Services are cosmetic and wellness-focused unless otherwise stated.

All content on the PureScalp website — including logos, images, videos, graphics, ritual methodologies, treatment names, text and designs — is the intellectual property of Shaan Honq International Cosmetics Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureScalp shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Temporary service interruptions
• Allergic reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients
• Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during salon visits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

By submitting your details, booking an appointment, or interacting with our website, you consent to receive:

• Appointment confirmations & service reminders
• Promotional offers and newsletters
• WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone communications

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
